Placing an order is an easy step process:-
- Adding product to cart.
- Proceed to checkout
- Fill in your order information ( Payments detais and Shipping Method )
- Review the order
- Submit your order and receive confirmation
Occasionally, demand for certain products can lead to them being temporarily out of stock. However, if you still want this item and don't mind waiting, we are happy to accept orders and ship it once stock becomes available.
We will ship your items separately if part of your order is back-ordered, This means that the items in your order that are ready to ship will be sent together, and the back-ordered items in your order will ship separately as soon as they are ready. This way, you can get your items as soon as possible!

Placing an order for contract is an easy step process:-
- Go to My Account
- Select contract history from drop down menu
- Search by entering Contract number or contract Status.
- In the search result, Select contract No. from contracts list.
- Navigate to contract details page and select the checkbox against contract product
- Change the Quantity "Available pending Qty." and proceed with placing order steps.
All orders are shipped via standard shipping service if the product is currently available for immediate shipping or avilalibe in our stock.
Usually, the preparation and shipping of your order take 3 to 7 working days, but occasionally would take longer if experiencing unexpected delays.
Orders received after business hours may not be processed until the following Sunday.

Viewing & Changing Orders
You can see your most recent orders on the Order History page. There may be times where an order just placed may not immediately appear until the order request has been fully processed by our business systems. If there is a problem with the order, you will generally be contacted by our customer support team.

To check the status of an existing order, log into your account.
Once logged in, go to My Account and select order history page where all of your past and current orders will be visible.
Click/Search the order number for more information on its current status. If the order has been assigned a tracking number, that will also be included on this page.
If you're tracking number has been pending, please contact us directly with your order number in the subject line to email@example.com for further support.
Our merchandise is carefully packed for delivery in our distribution centers, however we do realize that delivery damage may occur inspite of these precautions. If any damage occurs please contact our customer service team on 800 124 0171 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .

In product listing page check the box to filter at the left side of the page and select parameters.
For parametric filters, the available filters will automatically update with each selection, you will see the updated product list that matches your filter selection.
The main search box at the top of the page allows you to search for products using a SKU No. "Manufacturer's part number, Manufacturer's name, Product model or any other keywords".
The search may include partial or complete terms as well as product attributes like voltage, Weight, or any other values.
The Main Drop-Down Menu allows you to narrow search by product category.

We offer a choice of billing and payment options during the checkout process:
- Use a credit / debit card
- Use of an existing account payment. ( You can submit orders to be billed to your business Account by paying on account.)
- If you already have credit terms account open with us, you can place your order online by simply selecting the appropriate account number for the specific payment type.
Tejaradirect do not save any Payment information.

NOTE: The fields for selecting Bank transfer or Chequie will not appear unless you have selected the account payment option In the payment Type.
Shipping & Tracking
The Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has announced that the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate has been increased to 15% from the current 5%, effective 1 July 2020 ,
If you have received confirmed tracking information but it hasn't shown further movement, it may have still been in route to the carrier. Please allow 1 business day for the tracking information to be updated in our system from the time you received the confirmed tracking number.
If your order has made progress, but halts any updates over 3-7 business days, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line.
